3) TOTAL PRICE

The total price consists of the product price + (if applicable) shipping/delivery fees and will be shown to the customer before order confirmation.

4) DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

Products are delivered to the address provided by the consumer during the order process, within a maximum legal period of 30 days . Under standard conditions, delivery times may vary depending on order volume, but are indicated on the order page.

5) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The exercise of the right of withdrawal and the return process are explained in the "Return & Exchange Policy" section.

6) PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

According to regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products (if the relevant conditions are met):

  • Products prepared/personalized according to the consumer's wishes,

  • Products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons and products whose packaging has been opened,

  • Products that spoil quickly or may expire,

  • Products that become mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated,

  • digital content/services performed instantly in electronic format (if performance has commenced with consumer consent).
