Return and Exchange Policy

Return Conditions

• You can submit your return request within 14 days of receiving the product.

• The returned product must be unused , undamaged , and in a resalable condition .

• The product must be shipped with its box/packaging, all accessories (if any), and the invoice.

Return Process

1. Please send your return request along with your order number to revesilkandmore@gmail.com You can send it to this address.

2. You will be informed about the return shipment once your request has been reviewed.

3. The product is inspected once it reaches the SELLER. If found to be suitable, the return process is initiated.

Refund

• Once the return is approved, it will be refunded within 14 days , as required by law, using the same method of payment used.

• The time it takes for your account to be credited may vary due to banking processes.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

Returns may not be accepted for products covered under hygiene and personalization regulations, products with opened/damaged packaging, and those falling under the exceptions specified in the legislation.
